Das Projekt, von dem ich in diesem Post schreibe, wird in DUMBO durchgef\u00fchrt, was als eine Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass und also f\u00fcr ein Stadtviertel in New York steht.<\/p>\n

Federico Rampini hat das Projekt f\u00fcr die Zeitung “La Repubblica” wie folgt beschrieben:<\/p>\n

“…eine Landschaft aus dem Ende des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts oder vom Anfang des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts, doch hinter den r\u00f6tlichen Mauern und Eisentr\u00e4gern findet man K\u00fcnstlerateliers in einem bereits seit Jahren “Dumbo” […] genannten Stadtviertel, dessen Lebendigkeit mit der von Greenwich Village, Soho und Tribeca ganz offen mithalten kann. Auch das Theaterleben zeigt sich schon durch zwei Pole. Es gibt die seit jeher aktiven historischen Theater am Broadway. Doch die m\u00fcssen sich mit BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) und dem Saint Ann’s Theater messen, welche die besten Produktionen aus London in die Stadt ziehen. Ein weiteres Zentrum Brooklyns, welches es Manhattan nicht leicht macht, ist das Stadtviertel Williamsburg, wo es viele Schriftsteller hingezogen hat. “<\/em><\/p>\n

Dieses Geb\u00e4ude ist ein Stadthaus<\/strong> und l\u00e4sst das Konzept der Reihenh\u00e4user wieder aufleben.<\/p>\n

4 Zimmer, 3 B\u00e4der, eine private Terrasse und reservierte Parkpl\u00e4tze, wobei RiFRA zu dem Projekt durch die strikte Umsetzung des Architektenvorhabens beigetragen hat.<\/p>\n

Zum Beispiel zeigen diese beiden Bilder das Rendering und die Umsetzung der gemeinten Geb\u00e4ude mit K.One aus Corian in der Vorderansicht sowie mit einem Smooth-Becken und einer K\u00fcche von Line.<\/p>\n

Die Produkte sind alle bereits in den Wohnungen zu gro\u00dfer Zufriedenheit des Auftraggebers installiert worden.<\/p>\n
