It can indeed say that what you live is an atmosphere similar to that which was breathed in TriBeCa in the late 90s; cultural contaminations, industrial buildings converted into large loft and construction of new building that redefine the city&#8217;s skyline.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1958\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-21.jpg\" alt=\"one-john-street-2\" width=\"765\" height=\"auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-21.jpg 980w, https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-21-300x55.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>THE ONE JOHN STREET PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is in this context that fits the 1 John Street project, with apartments and Penthouse ranging up to 7 Mil. $ for a Penthouse.<\/p>\n<p>The exterior design is characterized by the materials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Steel<\/li>\n<li>Concrete<\/li>\n<li>Glass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1946\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-06.jpg\" alt=\"one-john-street-06\" width=\"765\" height=\"auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-06.jpg 980w, https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-06-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As can be noted it was intentionally chosen to proportion in a different way the glass windows, according to the floors; the width of them is inversely proportional to the height of floors.<\/p>\n<p>This was intended by the designer, so the view from the island of Manhattan would be respectful and coherent with the neighborhood where the project is located.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1946\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street_03.jpg\" alt=\"one-john-street-06\" width=\"765\" height=\"auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Even the side view, (look at the Manhattan Bridge in the fa\u00e7ade reflex), respects this proportion<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE INTERIOR OF THE PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 42 large apartments ranging from 150 to 250 m2, are furnished with elegance, refinement and a use of the best materials, without wanting to get off at any compromise.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1947\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-07.jpg\" alt=\"one-john-street-07\" width=\"765\" height=\"auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-07.jpg 980w, https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/one-john-street-07-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In order to &#8220;give value&#8221;
