{"id":4788,"date":"2017-10-11T16:30:05","date_gmt":"2017-10-11T14:30:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/en\/?p=4788"},"modified":"2017-12-12T09:48:01","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T08:48:01","slug":"video-designtalk-with-the-architect-fontanesi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/en\/video-designtalk-with-the-architect-fontanesi\/","title":{"rendered":"[Video] DesignTalk with the Architect Fontanesi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Architect Alessio Fontanesi of Fontanesi Progettazioni, was guest of DesignTalk&#8217;s fourth episode, the RiFRA talk show dedicated to architects and the world of design. <\/p>\n<div style=\"padding:0 10%; font-style: italic;\">\n\u201cWe aim to build together with the client (hence always a 2-man job) places that stimulate and arouse emotions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Architect Alessio Fontanesi\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"720\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tU0WxY3UFzs\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The basic principle of my group, with a design that first focused on the topic of residences and dwellings and then extended to everyday objects, has always been the following: <\/p>\n<div style=\"padding:0 10%; font-style: italic;\">\n\u201cWorking together with those who ask to transform a space.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c8 fondamentale ascoltarli dall\u2019inizio con attenzione e bisogna capire e distillare al meglio delle proprie possibilit\u00e0 quello che le persone chiedono, senza trasfondere te stesso in ci\u00f2 che andrai a fare, spersonalizzando poi cos\u00ec l\u2019opera.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Architect Alessio Fontanesi.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>During the broadcast, we examined some of the studio&#8217;s projects:  <\/p>\n<h2>Before \/ After: Project at the Colosseum, Rome.<\/h2>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/RiFRA-design-talk-Fontanesi_03.jpg\" alt=\"RiFRA-design-talk-Fontanesi_03\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Renovation of an apartment with a view of the historical places of the Italian capital: the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the Imperial Forums, the Capitol and the Altar of the Nation.<br \/>\nThe apartment moves from the pompous taste of the 80&#8217;s, to a style with references to De Chirico&#8217;s painting, and the use of noble materials such as natural marbles, rosewood and ebony.<br \/>\nRiFRA has contributed with its own Kitchen of the collection ONE.<\/p>\n<h2>Tuscany: <\/h2>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/RiFRA-design-talk-Fontanesi_04.jpg\" alt=\"RiFRA-design-talk-Fontanesi_04\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We are talking about a project of a very particular residential swimming pool, for a private client, inside an estate of rare beauty&#8230; 200 meters above sea level, above the cliffs of the promontory of Monte Argentario, with a view on the island of Giglio and the island of Montecristo. <\/p>\n<h2>Sicily: <\/h2>\n<p>Construction of a wine cellar in the province of Agrigento, inspired by a castle of Norman origin.  <\/p>\n<h2>Umbria:<\/h2>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/RiFRA-design-talk-Fontanesi_05.jpg\" alt=\"RiFRA-design-talk-Fontanesi_05\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Realization of a multi-family project with horizontal development, designed for a London clientele, starting from a 12th century building, with central square, common areas and swimming pool.<\/p>\n<h2>Milan:<\/h2>\n<p>Renovation of a two-story apartment, starting from a situation of dark building to reach natural lighting.  <\/p>\n<h2>Rome:<\/h2>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/blog.rifra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/RiFRA-design-talk-Fontanesi_06.jpg\" alt=\"RiFRA-design-talk-Fontanesi_06\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Three apartments of 70 m2 each, whose client decided to join them to create an apartment of 210 m2 in the Ara Pacis area.
