\nIn fact, the OKO skyscrapers are in the new “Moscow City” district which will represent the financial and economic heart of the capital. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Moscow City is located 6 km from Red Square, and is adjacent to the Moscow River.<\/p>\n
The “Moscow City” project was the main driver in the area for new, high-quality residential, commercial and hospitality projects.<\/p>\n
Another factor that led to the OKO project being identified as one of the 10 tallest skyscrapers of 2015 (according to the Huffington Post), was the strong marketing orientation of the client, “Capital Group”.<\/strong><\/p>\n The project was presented to the city and citizens of Moscow through a gala event in December 2012, with Bentleys used as a shuttle buses for guests, previews of some of the skyscrapers still under construction through the use of special effects and three-dimensional graphics, a live American rock band…and much more.<\/p>\n All the Russian movers and shakers had to be there and from that day the OKO project has enjoyed a huge amount of publicity and favorable PR which has acted as a sales driver.<\/p>\n The client (remember that we are talking about the most important project in all of Russia), needed to satisfy these needs: <\/strong><\/p>\n Create a unique and exclusive project. RiFRA was immediately identified as the partner for the bathrooms, thanks to these factors: <\/p>\n The bathrooms were then furnished with:<\/p>\n After a brief meeting with production team we accepted the challenge and, keeping the promise made the customer, delivered the kitchen to Russia in time for the the project inauguration.<\/p>\n From there it was all smooth sailing because the customer viewed us as a company that stands by its word.<\/p>\n The kitchens are from our “LINE” collection with a special glossy Eucalyptus finish.<\/p>\n The design is typically American (as mentioned the project comes from Chicago), with most of them configured with a central island and cooktop.
