The architect Matteo Crippa, a RiFRA customer, is a partner of Dominet Architetti studio in Milan, a young studio, result of a strong passion born during his university years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right from their first residential projects, which came during their last year at University, they demonstrated a maniacal attention to detail, to aesthetics, but above all they defined their style, that is, their extreme willingness to listen to the client, to research and understand his intentions, tastes and needs, without imposing their own architectural taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client is accompanied from the project to the delivery of the flat;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

“the design phase and the phase of choosing the furnishings is very important for the client, we usually make careful presentations with various options of spaces and furnishings. <\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim is to try to establish all the characteristics of the flat right from the start, allowing us to be very precise in the final presentation and to have a detailed overview to show the client what their home will really look like.”<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESIGN LOFT IN VIA NIRONE IN MILAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the theme of contrasts that characterises the design of this design LOFT located in one of the most elegant and sought-after areas in the centre of Milan, between the Cloisters of the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio and Milan Cathedral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FLAT IN VIA MENOTTI IN MILAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a flat created for a young girl, the tones are very warm and the choice of natural materials make the rooms cosy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VILLA ARGENTINA IN SANTA MARGHERITA LIGURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a preliminary project for the renovation of this historic villa overlooking the gulf of Santa Margherita Ligure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim was to preserve the characteristics of the villa, such as the frescoed ceilings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESIGN PENTHOUSE IN RIMINI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sea view penthouse in Rimini allowed us to experiment with a real estate operation and therefore with the division of the space into several flats in line with the client’s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REMOTE OFFICE PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In collaboration with Ortensia srl, this project involves the creation of small office units that can be installed all over the territory and allow smart working people to work even in the middle of nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a project born out of this historical period, which has proved to be an opportunity for us to reinvent ourselves and be able to find alternative solutions that are more in step with the times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
