IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM RIFRA.

Following the recent episodes that happened in Italy, in relation to the Covid-19 virus, we asked ourselves: “How can we help our clients?”

This emergency that we are living through, will probably impact the way people buy, and therefore the “digital world” will be more and more at the center of our lives.

So here are our three new online initiatives, dedicated to furniture stores, designers and architects and privates.

 

BATHROOM AND FURNITURE STORES:

Tomorrow will be released an online video course, dedicated to bathroom and furniture stores, focused on digital marketing.

RiFRA will make its media company available to its partner customers and future new customers, at no expense to the points of sale, to generate together a marketing of information based on video, audio, text and photos to be disseminated online on social platforms, to attract customers in target.

We have also planned advertising budgets to be dedicated to partner stores.

Tomorrow in the free video course you can learn more about all these aspects; to make you better understand everything, there will also be case histories of our customers’ showrooms, both single-brand and multi-brand.

After the course you can make a telephone appointment with one of our experts, who will better understand your needs.

ARCHITECTS AND DESIGNERS:

Since January we have been busy with studio visits or events with architects at our showroom.

We have digitized the presentation, creating a special video course, which has the goal of increasing the designers’ perception of authority towards the potential customer.

The video presentation and the video course will be put online in the next few days.

Follow us on social media, on the blog and check your e-mail to access it for free.

At the end of the presentation, you can ask for a video call, where one of our consultants will deepen with you the commercial aspects of the commercial partnership with RiFRA.

 

END USER:

Have you already visited one of the RiFRA Store and are you in contact with one of our designers?

We will contact you back today to introduce you to the 3D project through a video call.

You won’t have to worry about the technological aspects; our designer will send you an e-mail with a link, you just have to click the link and you will enter in video call and we will show you your project.

 

If instead you are passionate about RiFRA, you are in the renovation phase, you have bought a new house to furnish, we are activating a new online design service for you, in collaboration with RiFRA Store and RiFRA Space stores. If you have a designer or an architect who follows you, this activity will support your work.

In a few days a new web page will be available, where you can leave your data and send us a map of your home.

We will contact you for a first online appointment, in video call, where we will try to understand your needs, we will present you our collections and materials and we will collect as much information as possible to prepare a personalized project for you.

We will present it to you during the second appointment, always online with our designer, together with a quote. From there you can decide whether to go ahead with us, modifying the project according to your needs or not.

This service, which has always been a paid service, given the current situation, we will offer it for free to those who are interested and will fill in the dedicated form.
