We are in New York, the capital of the world and cosmopolitan city par excellence.

Brooklyn, the New York area where this project is located, is experiencing a growth phase that goes hand in hand with that of Manhattan.

This project, 225 14th Street has 9 residences, each apartment has its own private terrace, European white oak floors, whitewashed walnut entrance doors, kitchens with marble countertops and backsplash, and master bathrooms finished to perfection.

The aim was undoubtedly to emphasize creative thinking thanks to the perfect dialogue between RiFRA’s innovative design and the precious personalized finishes by the client’s interior designer that distinguish the American style.

The products are already installed in the apartments, to the great satisfaction of the client, but let’s see them in detail:

KITCHEN

Our client has chosen the FLY model for his kitchen. The 30° cut of the island’s worktop is emphasized by the special wood finish that reflects the American taste.

The marble backsplash gives character and personality, always in American style, to the cooking area in pure white lacquered finish.

BATHROOM

Our client has chosen the essentiality, the strong point of the B2K model.

The special 45° processing of the drawers has allowed the elimination of the handles, making the volumes clean and elegant.

Here too we find the special wood finish that gives a particular feeling of warmth and beauty to the product and the environment.
