Milan is experiencing a phase of urban transformation, which sees especially involving the Porta Nuova neighborhood, with many new buildings.

From a project of CINO ZUCCHI ARCHITECTS, in a context of great urban renewal, born two buildings “noveTREDICI, Via de Cristofori”, with volumes and unique architectural features for a residence of great quality.

The layout of the buildings on the site responds to a series of “urban” targets linked to a reading of the nature of public and private open spaces. The new urban frontage so formed in Via De Cristofori has two different heights, nine and thirteen floors, connected by a light volume which defines the main common entrance.

The exterior is characterized by a great personality materials: perforated and corrugated sheet metal, bricks, stones and sand-blasted glass.

The interiors are characterized by fine materials related to nature, like green porphyry slabs, wall panels made of oak and the many details that stand out in any corner of the residences.

RIFRA contributed to the project by furnishing all the bathrooms in the residences, with hanging washbasin tops, furniture, mirrors, freestanding bathtubs and shower trays.
