The furniture industry, our kitchen and bathroom industry, is an industry all about product. The product is what comes first: without it, nothing else would exist. Not the finishes, not the distribution, it all starts with the product.
K.ONE was the first product that was created in our RiFRA Lab around 10 years ago. A bathroom vanity that was presented at the furniture show in Milano and has been very successful over the years, becoming one of our bestsellers.
It was a real revolution in the sector, because it is a monoblock that can go from 80 cm up to 240 cm, with the Top shaped at 45° like the whole body, which acts not only as an aesthetic element, but is also a structural element of the furniture.
Later on, others have taken inspiration, but we are proud to say that we were the first ones to think it and make it.

K.ONE Bath Vanity
We’ve been lucky enough that we’ve been able to take our experiences with the K.ONE in terms of design materials and transfer them into the ONE kitchen. How were we able to do this? Well, in reality, what we realized is that, essentially, the kitchen and bathroom fall under the same category.

From there, of course, our projects have developed into a wide range of styles, colors and materials and from there our other collections, the FLY, LINE and ZERO have been born.
Our latest collection, and what will be our most prestigious line of all, is the KUBE collection. The bathroom collection, K.KUBE, is already available and has been for about a year.

What hasn’t been presented yet, is the corresponding kitchen line: KUBE.
The KUBE kitchen is inspired by the K.KUBE bathroom collection and its biggest differentiator is that it is, well, a cube. It has no handles, no grooves of any sort, nothing that interrupts the perfectly clean lines that this particular collection brings to the table.

This peculiarity, not having any handles or cuts of any type, leads to a new way of opening drawers and cabinets: the push and pull mechanism. All you need to do to open a drawer is to apply pressure on the top of said drawer and it will automatically open. This mechanism is not incompatible with the classic soft closing of our other collections.
The drawer and cabinet interior will be lined with a matte lacquer on the base product or with a wood finish for an extra cost. These details give the kitchen a touch of sophistication and luxury to the entire collection.

Speaking of finishes, at the presentation of this kitchen, the one that was showed had a very particular finish on the wall columns: mesh metal finish.
This new metallic finish that has been added to the ranks is quite unique. Metal finishes, in general, give a very special look due to the way the light reflects on this material compared to others in our selection.
The mesh metal finish is acquired by using a mesh sheet made out of textile to give it texture when the semi-solid compound is being spread on the piece of furniture in question. When the mesh sheet is lifted, we are left with an incredible texture that really brings out the true essence of the metal finish. This process is done completely by hand, making each piece unique.

We are very excited to share with you these new collections and finishes and trust they will meet your expectations and that with them you will able to create the kitchen or bathroom of your dreams.
