Hello everyone,
Here is a short summary of RiFRA’s activities following the summer break;
After investments in production:
- Purchase of the most sophisticated joinery robots,
- Modernization of painting system,
- Recruitment,
Actions to strengthen high-end production, distancing ourselves from the mass producers, to offer the absolute best to our customers in terms of quality and, after the creation of RiFRALAB, with architects and designers within the company studying new technologies, launching new trends such as cement and clay and designing innovative products:


RiFRA Kitchen FLY in Grey Aredesia Concrete.
- This week the Department of Public Relations was launched, to continue to produce quality Content Marketing. (Articles, audio, video and photos).
- Therefore in November and December there will be new guests for the Design Talk, live events for architects in Italy, a continuous presence in the national and international offline media, and overseeing of the online presence with the leading marketing automation expert in Italy.

- New Stores. The single-brand “RIFRA STORE” network is underway, where our guests can immerse themselves in sophistication and elegance;
- the first was the Rifra Store Modena, the largest in size, where the complete collections are on show (8 kitchens and 10 bathrooms).

- the second will be in the Milan fashion district (1 Corso Matteotti) and will become the point of reference for designers and developers; the opening is expected in December, as the premises have been completely refurbished to be in line with the brand image that we presented at the latest trade fairs: Brussels and Milan, 2016.
- in Paris, Rue du Nil, Deuxième Arrondissement, the single-brand Store will be more like a “boutique”; also scheduled for December; meanwhile in New York, in the Dumbo neighborhood at 20 Jay Street, we are setting up a “sales office” exclusively dedicated to American architects and developers for contract and multiunit projects.
- In Hannover in Germany, a new Store is planned (we will begin to install the ONE kitchen and the K.ONE bathroom in January 2017).
- New Team for the Italian Stores.
- In the RiFRA stores, you will find motivated, prepared young people, who have been working with us for years or months, and are largely designers and architects.

- SHOP IN SHOP:
- In Stuttgart, Germany, at the Showroom Living Project, a RiFRA space was opened with 1 ONE kitchen and three bathrooms layouts.

- In St. Petersburg, the new Shop in Shop with Kitchen and Bath RIFRA. The products are delivered to the customer.
- CERSAIE 2016: we organized a shuttle bus for the transfer from the Show to the RiFRA Modena Store;
Customers (who mainly came from Northern Europe and Russia), were able to admire the new layouts while lunching in the showroom itself.


RiFRA Modena
- Mention by Al Ries (the American creator of Brand Positioning) and his daughter Laura Ries, during the “Selling with PR” seminar, held in Riccione in Italy, and organized by Frank Merenda, where the Ries duo (who oversaw the December 2014 RiFRA rebranding), chose RIFRA Milan as a brand ambassador for Italian style in the world; I also had the chance to show the hundreds of entrepreneurs in the room our latest publications.


- On Friday 14 October, at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Milano-Bicocca, I held a Marketing class analyzing the RiFRA Case History in front of 200 students. If you wish to receive my talk slides, reply to this email or leave a comment in the blog.
It had been 15 years, since my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Catholic University of Milan, that I had set foot in a university classroom, and I would like to take the opportunity to thank the faculty Marketing Department and its teachers for the invitation.


- We are finishing the delivery of the “YOO in the Park” project in Atlanta, with about 220 kitchens and 440 bathrooms, directly from production to the Job Site.


- In two weeks I will be in Miami for the annual Bond Event seminar, with the architects of AIA (American Institute of Architects); this is an opportunity to understand what happens “behind the scenes” in marketing for architecture firms in the US, and report everything to you.

- The Architect Box Tour continues with two B2B events for Rome and Naples architects.
- We will be in Rome 22 November in the Boscolo Exedra Hotel at 47 Piazza della Repubblica, to deliver and introduce the kit to the architects and designers who requested it.
- We will be in Naples 23 November at the Eurostar Hotel Excelsior at 48 Via Parthenon, Lungomare Caracciolo, to deliver, and introduce RiFRA to the designers who applied.
