The RiFRA system consists of steps, let’s see them together.

1. FREE ADVICE

We will identify the customer’s needs and dreams and then propose our best solution.

Online design was a highly innovative idea introduced in 2018, which has allowed many customers around the world to get in touch with RiFRA and to have a RiFRA kitchen or bathroom fitted in their own home.

Online design is carried out through a series of calls and video calls with your very own company designer, who will assess the optimal design.


2. FIRST PLANNING

Following the consultation (online or live), our designers will create and then present a customised project.

Our designers have been working in the company for years, and they know every detail of the collections and the product that we propose to the customer.

The project will be realised in 3D, in order to better understand the design of the proposal and how it fits into the space.

3. QUOTATION

Together with the project, a quotation of the project will be presented, with a break-down of the different elements such as furniture, top and any appliances.

4. TAKING MEASUREMENTS

Once the quotation has been approved by the customer, the next step is, for our qualified technicians to come out and take measurements at the customer’s home.

5. EXECUTIVES DRAWINGS

Once the measurements have been taken, the designers in the technical department will create the executive drawings required to put the order into production.

6. PRODUCTION

The production flow is internal, with our modern machinery and robots and specialized workers. Our in-house production is necessary to create a true quality product that lasts.

At the end of production, the furniture and other components are packed and put on pallets, or placed in wooden crates ready to be transported to the customer.

7. TRANSPORT

Our logistics department will organise the shipping to te customers, choosing the best option: by road, by ship or by air.

8. INSTALLATION AT THE CUSTOMER’S HOME

optional at customer’s choice;

RiFRA offers the installation service, thanks to its teams of professional fitters, who know the product very well and have fitted RiFRA kitchens and bathrooms in major countries around the world.

9. AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The direct sales system provides fast and immediate customer service.

Using an online form, you can request assistance from the company and we will respond as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To communicate with our customers as efficiently as possible, the after-sales service is available in Italian, English, French, German and Russian.
