YOO on the Park project, Atlanta; A tower of luxury rental apartments with the best services in the city

Is this how future generations will live in big cities?

Delivered by RiFRA Milano, 245 kitchens and 400 bathroom compositions.

Since a few weeks, the new apartment tower “YOO on The Park” in Atlanta, welcomes new residents.
Is this a project that will redefine the concept of home and lifestyle in big cities?

I am writing this because we are all living in a world of big changes, especially the Internet has made the world flat and the high -speed connection allows to some people to work in mobility.

Also the concept of “owning real estate”, especially in the so-called Millennials, does not seem to be an absolute value, as it was for generations born after the postwar period.

The answer to these new housing needs of a large number of consumers has found an outlet in the “Yoo on the Park” project, thanks to the pioneering vision of Atlanta-based real estate developer Trillist, with its President Mr. Scott Leventhal, together with the YOO studio in London, founded by Mr. John Hitchcox and the architect Philippe Starck.

Let’s look at the features that make this exclusive project unique:

All the apartments are for rent.

A clear choice; as we will see later, thanks to the characteristics of this tower, in this case, the decision to rent is not synonymous with “saving” because in the first place it is a choice more tied to the concept of “freedom”, without compromising the services offered, and secondly the rental costs will set new standards for Atlanta. (For example, a studio apartment starts at $1,630 a month, reaching about $6,000 a month for a Penthouse).

Car parking integrated in the design of the tower.

Those who live in large cities understand how looking for a parking spot is synonymous with stress and loss of time.

In this project the parking spaces are located on the first 7 floors.

The facade of these floors has been covered by the largest vertical garden in the United States, a choice both in terms of environmentally friendly and as a design element.

An extraordinary level of services in the “public areas”.

Reception area at the disposal of the guests, and behind it an office where managers and employees work for the overall administration of the tower.

Lounge for residents on the first floor.
On the first floor of the tower there is an impressive “Lounge” for residents, with bookstore included.

Also the area where the post is delivered has been designed with maniacal attention to the materials and design details.

Resident’s Lounge on the 7th Floor.

The lounge areas continue to the 7th floor, where residents can socialize, where there are, among other things, two pool tables, TV screens, and a bar with a snack counter.

There is also a meeting room for residents.

Other features of the tower for guests include high-speed, with fiber-optic or Wi-Fi networks, and Dog SPA (with Corian washing area, furnished by RiFRA), called Pet Respite℠.

Kitchens and Bathrooms furnished and supplied by RiFRA Milan

Another strong point of the “YOO on the Park” project, was choosing the Kitchens and bathroom furnishings “direct from Milan”, from RIFRA.

Kitchen

The developer, in agreement with the architects and RiFRA, has chosen to furnish the 245 Kitchens and more than 400 bathrooms with the Pure White Glossy Lacquered LINE kitchen model, with a matte black interior, 25 mm thick MDF doors, soft-closing drawer runners with the latest generation Blum Legrabox and hinges of the wall units also BLUM with soft-closing.

As you can see from the photos, the end result is a perfectly successful mix between an exquisite and very clean Italian design, with aluminum grooves and handle-free doors, the proverbial quality of the RiFRA glossy lacquered finish and typical elements of an American kitchen, like the microwave oven built into the cabinets, and the generously-sized fridge, with bare steel finish.

Bathroom furnishings
The composition of the bathroom furnishings, provided for the more than 400 bathrooms in the tower, has been produced on indications of YOO studio in London.

The structure is made of solid Brown Stained Oak, the furniture is Glossy Pure White like the kitchen, the Mineral-marble top with integrated washbasin and the mirror has an Oak frame that echoes the shell itself of the furniture.

The apartments are handed over like this to the customers, so they do not have to worry about choosing furnishings and all that involves, but rather they can invest the most valuable resource they have, time, for their loved ones and work.

On behalf of RiFRA, I would like to thank customers for their trust and we are very proud of having participated in the success of such a prestigious project, which helps to redefine the “lifestyle” of an important niche of high spending customers.

Thank you for your attention,
